"A story born of a meeting and a shared passion"

A Cuisine of Memories Between Two Cultures

OXTE was born from the parallel journeys of Enrique Casarrubias and Monserrat Estrada, two Mexican chefs who, after training and developing their careers in France, decided to combine their visions in a shared project.
Opened in Paris in 2018, the restaurant is the result of years of dedication, learning, and pushing boundaries, during which teamwork and human connection were essential to building a dining experience that has been recognized with a Michelin star.

A Way to Understand Cooking

OXTE’s cuisine is an emotional expression born of memories, pride in Mexican roots, and a deep respect for French tradition.
A contemporary approach that seeks not to replicate, but to reinterpret, by blending the two cultures with balance and sensitivity. A cuisine that speaks to identity, emotion, and a way of understanding gastronomy as something that goes far beyond the plate.
